Email sales@premiumhome.com.au, call (08) 8268 5144, or send a message via our Contact page to get in touch! We will contact you shortly to arrange an onsite consultation by one of our design consultants.

2. Design Consultant Meeting

Our expert design consultants call on their many years of construction experience when performing a comprehensive on-site measure & analysis to outline the project. Our team works closely with you to produce a plan based on your needs and our experience with similar projects.

3. Advanced Drawing Design

Your design will then be produced virtually using our advanced perspective drawings, allowing you to visualise the finished product before it has even begun!

4. Design Consultant Presentation

This is where you are able to review your custom design, and discuss the associated projected costs with our design consultant. This will also allow you to assess the dimensions and suggest changes based on your specific requirements and preferences.

5. Quotation Acceptance

When you are completely satisfied with the finalised design, we will compile the necessary project documents to confirm your quote.

6. Council Approval and Project Preparation

Once the quote is accepted, the necessary documents will be filed with council for approval, all within approximately 2-to-4 weeks. After approval, we assign a start date to begin your new project! We generally allow 4-to-6 weeks from building pre-approval, and we will make our clients aware of construction start date in this time.

7. Construction

Now it’s time to watch your dream addition be built! We will be available at every point along the way to answer any queries you may have.

8. Project Completion

Once the work is complete, we will clean the entire worksite, ensuring your home is left as clean as we found it. We’ll then provide you with all necessary warranty information for your new outdoor addition, allowing you to fully enjoy your new space with complete peace of mind.
